Victor Moreno is a United States Army verteran of 26 years. Upon retiring as a First Sergeant from his military career in 2004, he began working as a safety professional with a local construction company. His familiarity with force protection duties in the Balkins allow him to recognize potential hazards and prevention measures not immediately recognized by an inexperienced professional. Victor believes that accident prevention depends on two basic but imperative factors: efficient training in the language the employee understands and a solid enforcement policy.
